The Integrated Marketing Manager will own and drive program elements that extend beyond our core retail execution, ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact across all channels and activations. This role is central to shaping the consumer and partner experience, connecting experiential activations, seasonal campaigns, and brand engagement programs into a cohesive and compelling strategy, executing in partnership with the broader field organization. In addition, the Integrated Marketing Manager will partner closely with senior BDS leadership to connect with Qualcomm stakeholders across departments (sales, marketing, product, and more) to uncover unique needs and translate them into actionable program solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who can turn complex initiatives into polished visuals and presentations, while also managing execution with precision.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of experiential activations in and around retail (pop-ups, campus events, community engagement, seasonal showcases) that amplify brand visibility and consumer engagement. Acts as key liaison with the MAG team for larger or more complex activations when needed
  • Ensure alignment with Snapdragon's global brand identity across all touchpoints such as swag, signage, digital assets, packaging tie-ins, and campaign toolkits
  • Support programs that engage, recognize, and incentivize retail associates (e.g., recognition campaigns, gamification, or future "Retail Champions" programs) in close partnership with the National Training Manager
  • Drive cross-retailer alignment for "must-win" moments (Back-to-School, Holiday, Tax-Free Weekend), creating unified calendars, messaging kits, and assets that bridge strategy with execution. Collaborate across channels to build 90-day work-back calendars between OEMs/Retailers/Field Training & Management teams
  • Develop executive-ready slides, reports, and visual representations of initiatives, bringing data and creative storytelling together to influence decision-making
  • Identify new adjacent-to-retail opportunities (e.g., influencer/community partnerships, niche creator activations) that strengthen client partnerships and elevate consumer impact, along with digital and omni-channel opportunities

What You'll Bring:

Experience and Education:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, experiential, or brand management
  • Experience in tracking ROI and program success metrics

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns and/or brand engagement programs
  • Strong presentation and design skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides, visualization tools) with an ability to tell a compelling story using complex data
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
