We're looking for a Client Experience Manager who embodies those same principles: an expert communicator, marketer, and organizer who can manage the client relationship end-to-end while leading internal teams toward clear deliverables and outcomes.

The Role

As a Client Experience Manager (CEM), you are the connective tissue between our clients and our internal teams. You'll ensure that every client feels informed, supported, and confident in our partnership while keeping internal teams aligned and accountable.

You'll need to understand marketing strategy, not just manage it. From paid media and email to CRO and creative, you should be fluent in the language of digital growth, able to translate technical insights into actionable, client-friendly communication.

This role blends project management, marketing acumen, and client strategy; ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, organization, and driving tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring proactive and transparent communication.
  • Translate campaign performance data into clear narratives that clients can understand and act upon.
  • Build trusted relationships by aligning business goals with measurable marketing outcomes.
  • Anticipate client needs, identify growth opportunities, and escalate challenges early with solutions in hand.

Team Coordination & Project Oversight

  • Manage internal workflows across Paid Ads, Email/SMS, Creative, and Web teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Convert client goals into clear internal action items with defined ownership and timelines.
  • Track campaign progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure all parties are aligned on priorities.
  • Oversee onboarding, launch milestones, and ongoing campaign execution with structured communication cadences. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure work progress and milestones achieved.

Marketing Strategy & Reporting

  • Review and present campaign performance reports across Meta, TikTok, Google, Klaviyo, and other related platforms.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and contribute strategic insights during client reviews.
  • Understand full-funnel marketing: from top-of-funnel awareness to retention and lifetime value strategies.
  • Stay current on platform updates, creative trends, and emerging tools that impact performance.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in client management or project management within a digital marketing or eCommerce agency (required).
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Email Marketing
  • Proven ability to communicate marketing performance clearly and confidently to clients.
  • Highly organized with experience using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Slack).
  • Strong analytical mindset: able to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
