What Success Looks Like in Your First Year
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads across multiple client accounts through integrated outbound demand generation campaigns
- Build and optimize automated email nurture sequences and outbound cadences
- Increase email engagement and conversion rates through testing and optimization
- Build and use comprehensive reporting dashboards in HubSpot, , Salesforce, Google Looker Studio for client accounts
- Launch successful LinkedIn and Email webinar programs that drive pipeline growth
- Create standardized processes and playbooks for demand generation activities
Core Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Outbound Marketing
- Develop and execute multi-channel outbound demand generation strategies, including cold email outreach, warm email nurturing, LinkedIn prospecting, Account Based Marketing, and webinar programs
- Design and implement outbound marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline growth
- Build strategic LinkedIn outreach programs leveraging Sales Navigator and engagement best practices
- Plan, execute, and optimize webinar programs from concept through follow-up, including promotion, registration management, and post-event nurture sequences
- Create compelling cold outreach sequences that respect best practices while driving response rates
- Manage warm email campaigns that move prospects through the funnel with personalized, relevant content
Account Based Marketing (ABM)
- Manage client email marketing and demand generation programs as part of our Account Based Marketing offering
- Coordinate multi-touch campaigns across email, social, and web channels
- Support the team through client and team meetings and online project management
- Help create scalable systems and processes to support agency growth
Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
- Build and manage effective lifecycle email marketing programs with sophisticated customer/list segmentation
- Create high-converting email campaigns, build complex workflows, and analyze performance metrics
- Improve conversion and retention rates through strategic email and outbound marketing initiatives
- Develop A/B testing strategies to continuously optimize email performance
CRM & Marketing Platform Management
- Provide expert-level support for Salesforce, HubSpot, Highlevel, implementations and integrations
- Build and maintain data segmentation strategies across multiple platforms
- Design and optimize marketing and sales funnels with clear stage definitions and conversion tracking
- Ensure data integrity and hygiene across all systems
- Create custom reports and dashboards across platforms
- Manage list segmentation for targeted, personalized marketing efforts
- Develop and document data governance practices
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Sift through complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
- Create comprehensive reports demonstrating ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Track and report on key demand generation metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience in demand generation, email marketing, or marketing operations
- HubSpot certification (Marketing Hub, Email Marketing, or Inbound Marketing)
- Proven experience with Salesforce CRM including reporting and campaign management
- Demonstrated success with email marketing campaigns and marketing automation
- Experience building and optimizing marketing funnels, strong copywriting, and customer segmentation strategies
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create professional reports and presentations in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with outbound sales engagement platforms , , Salesloft)
- Proven track record with cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Webinar platform experience (Zoom Webinars, GoToWebinar, ON24, etc.)
- Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification or advanced Salesforce experience
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency
- Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and platforms
- Knowledge of email compliance and data privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)
- HubSpot Revenue Operations or Advanced Implementation certifications
- AI campaign experience
