In this role, you'll be responsible for expanding our presence across residential and commercial markets through a mix of inbound lead follow-up and proactive outreach. You'll engage prospects, conduct on-site consultations, assess needs and recommend solutions tailored to each individual customer. You'll also elevate brand visibility through general networking and local outreach to further position Champion as the trusted expert in pest control and lawn care.

Responsibilities at a glance

  • Follow up with inbound leads, educate prospective customers and close sales
  • Proactively generate new opportunities through outreach and networking
  • Conduct in-person consultations, assess customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with organized follow-ups in the CRM
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building trust and ensuring satisfaction
  • Collaborate with operations to coordinate scheduling and ensure smooth service delivery
  • Represent Champion Pest & Lawn professionally in the community

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in home services (preferred, not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organization
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative to generate new business
  • Basic proficiency with CRM/sales tracking tools
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
