As a manager of data analysis on the Corporate Legal Analytics team, you'll lead analysts who support initiatives for our Legal Group and provide customer remediation. Your team will coordinate the Market Conduct Annual Statement (MCAS) filing through data production, reporting, analysis, and automation. In this role, you'll prioritize the team's work, collaborate with business partners and senior leaders across the Legal Group, coordinate MCAS reporting and provide insight and direction to support critical decision-making. You'll define data and report requirements for future systems to ensure they align with business needs. Additionally, you'll advance the broader team's mission to apply analytics, automation, and tools for data visualization to improve support for the Legal Group.

Remote work allowed, with periodic travel to Cleveland, OH, for meetings (estimated 2-4 times a year).

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of eight years analytical work experience, with at least two years leadership experience (e.g., supervisory/management role)
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years analytical work experience, with at least two years leadership experience (e.g., supervisory/management role).

Preferred skills

  • Experience interpreting insurance policy and/or claims data
  • Strong programming skills (i.e., SAS, SQL, R) and familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to draw valid conclusions and recommend actionable solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in training and mentoring others

Compensation

  • $100,100 - $143,000/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
