Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of developing and executing effective business strategies to expand our market presence. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in shaping the company's growth trajectory by leveraging industry insights and innovative marketing techniques.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals efficiently
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
  • Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for internal review and client meetings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Data Center construction or the Waste & Recycling industry, sales, or related roles with a strong track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and project management
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and marketing strategies
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and competitive landscape
