We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for internal review and client meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience in Data Center construction or the Waste & Recycling industry, sales, or related roles with a strong track record of achieving targets
- Excellent skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and project management
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and marketing strategies
- Ability to develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
- Knowledge of industry-specific trends and competitive landscape
