Marketing Manager

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions has an exciting career opportunity available as a Marketing Manager. This position will be remote, working from a home office. The Full-Time schedule for this role will be Monday-Friday; 8am-4:30pm.

JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager develops lead generation plans and tactics, including trade show participation, event management, email and direct mail campaigns and other strategic marketing initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops and executes plan for trade shows (approximately 30 shows per year), determines show strategy and marketing activities needed to achieve objectives for each show. Arranges logistical details for trade shows, working with company trade show vendor and show service companies as needed. Manages pre and post-show promotions, including email campaigns and direct mail campaigns. Works closely with Sales team post-show to ensure leads generated are contacted and tracked in Salesforce. Tracks annual trade show expenses and manages to budget.
• Facilitates and refines company sponsorship process. Manages and submits sponsorship requests. Tracks yearly sponsorship spend and manage to budget.
• Defines client/prospect event strategy and manages execution and promotion of each event.
• Develops and implements lead re-engagement and lead generation campaigns to leverage additional traction from trade show leads and target market prospects.
• Tracks marketing qualified leads to determine campaign effectiveness. Refines lead generation processes to improve visibility into lead evolution and follow up.
• Implements and customizes marketing automation platform to achieve lead generation process objectives, including lead scoring, multi-touch nurtures, profiling, segmentation, and reporting.
• Works with company leadership to define and execute sales support initiatives.
• Assists with client retention initiatives and other projects as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities.

• Bachelor's degree with a focus in Marketing
• Previous trade show/event management experience.
• Experience in developing and executing lead generation campaigns.
• Effective project management skills, ability to meet deadlines, strong administration and organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivated.
• Ability to travel to trade shows, events and meetings as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and marketing automation systems (Act-On, Pardot, or similar programs).
• Experience with database or list maintenance, experience a plus.
• Travel required approximately 10% of the time.
• Remote and Hybrid positions require a home internet connection that meets the company's upload and download speed criteria.

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, location, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
