Job Overview:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, residents, and community members. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to handle multiple inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. This is a remote position that requires reliability, empathy, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers and residents in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services, programs, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM and internal systems.
  • Follow communication scripts and procedures while maintaining a natural and helpful tone.
  • Process service requests, applications, and data entry tasks accurately.
  • Collaborate with the on-site administrative and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of services.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management for process improvement.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support (remote experience preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
