Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with inquiries, and resolving any issues that may have with their services. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and services via phone and chat

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and chat

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their service

  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner

  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the systems

  • Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish is required

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills

  • Previous customer service experience is an asset
