We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our growing client base and ensure a smooth flow of communication between customers, project teams, and management.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners. The role involves managing inquiries, providing project updates, coordinating schedules, and supporting administrative tasks related to construction projects. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, office administration, or construction-related communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide information about ongoing projects, timelines, and service updates.
- Manage customer records, job files, and communication logs in company systems.
- Assist project managers and office staff with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
- Coordinate appointments and service calls with clients and field teams.
- Handle billing or contract-related questions and route them to the proper department.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
- Support the administrative team with office duties such as filing, data entry, and reporting.
- Uphold the company's reputation by delivering exceptional service and communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a construction or office environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using CRM or project management software is a plus.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented.
