20-20 Services LLC is a leading provider of professional training programs (CPE) to accountants, auditors, and tax professionals in the United States. We are seeking a Manager to serve in our Tax Training division. This position will report to and work closely with the Director of the Tax Training Division. The Manager will assist with curriculum development, content authoring, collaborating with subject matter experts, and serving as a tax instructor of both in-person and virtually delivered programs. Our Training programs are delivered to local, regional, super-regional, and national CPA firms throughout the United States as well as to offshore professionals.

Essential Functions

· Serve as a tax instructor for training courses with ability to deliver classes online or in-person up to 75 days per year, with peak season being May –August and October through January

· Update and author course content for technical and non-technical training programs

· Serve as a technical tax resource for course instructors and the corporate team

· Support and lead the development efforts on custom tax training projects with clients

· Assist in determining the strategic direction of the Tax Training curriculum

· Manage and enhance our library of training games and pre-recorded video content.

Qualifications

· 8+ years tax experience at a CPA firm, currently serving in Manager role or above

· Technical experience with many different types of tax returns (1120, 1120S, 1065, 1040, 706, 709, etc)

· CPA with active license – must maintain active license

· Some teaching experience, with an interest in content development and instructional design and a strong passion for helping others
