The Tax Payers Bureau (TPB) is seeking experienced Tax Preparers with an active PTIN and a proven track record of managing client relationships. Responsibilities:

  • Accurately prepare and file federal and state tax returns
  • Deliver excellent client service during and after tax season
  • Utilize TPB's proprietary software and CRM tools for efficient client management
  • Stay up to date with IRS regulations and continuing professional education requirements

Qualifications:

  • Active PTIN (required)
  • Prior tax preparation experience (at least one full season)
  • Proven client relationship management and retention skills (preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
