About Us:

TLF Tax Services is a trusted tax preparation company helping individuals and small businesses maximize their refunds and stay compliant with IRS regulations. We are expanding our team for the upcoming tax season and seeking experienced Tax Preparers who are ready to hit the ground running.

Position Summary:

We are looking for skilled tax professionals who can accurately prepare individual and small business returns using our professional tax software. This is a seasonal position with flexible hours and competitive commission pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review accurate individual and business tax returns
  • Communicate effectively with clients to collect required documentation
  • Stay updated on IRS regulations and tax law changes
  • Ensure all returns meet company and IRS compliance standards
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with every client interaction

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional tax preparation experience
  • Active PTIN required
  • Strong understanding of federal and state tax filing procedures
  • Experience using professional tax software (e.g., Drake, TaxSlayer Pro, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Commission-based pay per return
  • Seasonal position (January–April)
  • Flexible schedule (remote or in-office options)
