This is a commission-based role with flexible hours, weekly pay, and performance bonuses.

We're seeking individuals who are driven, dependable, and committed to excellent client service. A strong understanding of tax regulations is a plus but not required—we'll train you every step of the way.

Duties

  • Conduct client interviews to gather financial data and ensure compliance with tax laws
  • Use Precision Tax's professional tax software to efficiently complete returns
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive client information
  • Provide clear, friendly customer service and answer client questions
  • Participate in ongoing training and stay current with tax law updates
  • Build business through referrals and community engagement
  • Consistently meet deadlines and performance goals during tax season

Utilize CRM software such as QuickBooks and Sage to manage client financial data effectively
