Job Summary

We are Substance Abuse Treatment with all levels of care and we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative with existing relationships with halfway houses, hospitals, homeless shelters, various church communitites to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients. You will leverage your skills in negotiation and communication to effectively engage with prospects to convince them to commit to substance abuse treatment.

Experience

  • Proven experience in community outreach, sales, B2B sales , inside sales.
  • Effective sales closer skills
  • Experience working in healthcare and non-profit sector.
  • Highly effective community outreach.
  • Strong understanding of human psychology.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a focus on building rapport with communities and clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $58, $89,880.27 per year
