Position Overview

We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about marketing, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives on results. You'll be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with business owners, and helping them discover how our digital marketing solutions can grow their brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach through social media, email, and digital networking platforms
  • Present our marketing services to potential clients with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Manage and update your lead pipeline using our CRM tools
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to align outreach strategies and goals
  • Maintain professional communication and represent the Andela Digital brand with integrity

Earnings & Growth

This is a performance-based opportunity with high earning potential for motivated individuals. You'll receive structured payouts for each new client brought on board, with tiered incentives based on the marketing package selected.

Growth opportunities include moving into salaried roles and leadership positions once onboarding milestones are achieved.
