Who You Are You are a motivated Client Services professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. As a Client Services Specialist, you excel at multitasking, pipeline management, active listening, and have experience leveraging technology while maintaining a personal touch. You are a focused, no-quit, A+ player and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can work with teammates that will match your drive and grit.
*Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12-9 PM EST* What You'll Do
- Provide in-depth support and solutions to BHG customers
- Communicate with customer through various channels
- Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions & products
- Enter records of customer calls, interactions and inquires via a CRM system
- Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Communicate with internal departments as needed
- Associates degree preferred or related work experience
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Navigate through various different software systems
- MUST be able to work Monday - Friday on a 12-9PM schedule
