Redefined Growth Marketing is a performance-focused digital marketing agency helping spas and med spas scale through full-funnel lead generation. We handle everything from ad strategy and campaign execution to lead nurturing, appointment booking, and retention.

We're looking for a Client Operations Specialist / VA who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in Facebook lead gen campaigns. This person will support our media buyers and account managers through campaign data analysis, QA, operational task execution, client reporting, and ad performance insights.

  • Analyze media buying performance (primarily from Meta Ads) to surface trends, opportunities, and underperformance issues; make optimization recommendations for account managers.
  • Set up and configure client accounts inside GoHighLevel (GHL), including automation workflows, lead routing, and CRM logic based on internal SOPs.
  • Build and maintain ad-hoc client reporting dashboards using Google Sheets, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Perform QA checks on live and scheduled campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and GoHighLevel to ensure correct settings, naming conventions, targeting, links, and tracking.
  • Maintain ClickUp task boards, ensuring that recurring tasks are completed, statuses are updated, and checklists are followed properly.
  • Assist with presentation/slide deck creation in Canva or Google Slides for internal or client-facing updates.
  • Document and refine SOPs for recurring operational processes.
  • Create and draft email copy for account managers to review and send.
  • Occasionally email clients to collect missing information (e.g., access credentials, missing intake form info) or send deadline reminders.
  • Support new client onboarding by handling pre-launch tasks like CRM buildouts, ad asset collection, and tracking setup checks.
  • Support the team as needed with other tasks or projects as deemed necessary.

Qualifications (mark as Preferred/Required)

  • , preferably in a media buying or analytical support role.
  • Excellent analytical skills — ability to interpret ad metrics and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency with:
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Sheets (including formulas, lookups, pivot tables)
  • GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRMs
  • ClickUp or comparable task management tools
  • Slack, Canva, Google Suite
  • Strong written communication, especially for reporting and occasional client outreach.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks without losing accuracy.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and processes.
