Summary

We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in enhancing client satisfaction and ensuring effective communication throughout the legal process. The ideal candidate will embody our values of empathy and professionalism, contributing significantly to our clients' experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on case progress.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Assist in managing client files and documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and legal teams effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Utilize multilingual skills to assist diverse clientele as needed.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • High proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or client relations roles, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
