We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting customers with their needs.
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new offerings.
  • Manage customer accounts through data entry and updating client information in our systems.
  • Process transactions such as cash handling when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships.
  • Assist in analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
  • Experience in customer support, client services, or call center roles is preferred.
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately with good typing speed (minimum required).
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse clients effectively.
  • Sales experience or the ability to promote products/services confidently is advantageous.
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Outbound calling experience to engage with customers proactively.
