Job Overview:

We're seeking full-time remote Customer Support Agents (Level 1) who are fluent in English and Spanish to join our growing team. This role is focused on delivering superior customer experiences through timely, professional, and knowledgeable support across multiple channels. You will be providing customer support between the hours of 8:00 AM EST and 6 PM EST.

We're offering this as a 6-month contract role to start, with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and mutual fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support

  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and chat
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and care
  • Communicate fluently in English and Spanish

Process Improvement

  • Develop strong product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Accurately document interactions in the CRM system
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance support skills

Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Engage in coaching, mentoring, and team training opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and satisfaction skills
  • Knowledge of poultry or related products is a plus
  • Prior experience in customer support is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; active listening skills
  • Familiarity with helpdesk and CRM tools
  • Access to high-speed internet capable of supporting VoIP
  • Quiet, private work environment appropriate for remote work
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and a positive, empathetic attitude
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
