Visible Agent is growing, and we're on the hunt for a Client Success Manager who doesn't just manage accounts but owns outcomes. This role is built for someone who knows how to blend creativity with structure, who can connect the dots between client goals and performance data, and who isn't afraid to speak up when they see a better way forward.

Compensation:

$42,000 - $45,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of each client relationship and never letting it slip
  • Leading keyword research, content reviews, and on-page SEO improvements
  • Reviewing and proofreading strategy documents and creative assets before they go client-facing
  • Tracking rankings, traffic, and conversions, and translating data into direction
  • Supporting the Director of Client Success with communication materials and prioritization
  • Developing and refining internal systems that help us move faster and smarter
  • Bringing new strategies, content ideas, and growth opportunities to the table
  • Staying visible, proactive, and engaged with your teammates and clients—on Zoom, Slack, and everywhere in between

Qualifications:

  • You've got 2+ years in a marketing or SEO role, ideally inside a fast-moving agency
  • You can spot a weak headline or a sloppy meta tag from a mile away
  • You're obsessed with clean copy, measurable growth, and clear communication
