Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen ability to negotiate, and a passion for outside sales. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in building lasting relationships with clients and contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust client base through outside sales efforts and networking.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Engage in effective negotiation strategies to close sales and secure new business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, including follow-up support.
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products and services effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to enhance analysis skills.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
  • Utilize telemarketing techniques as needed to reach potential clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred; retail sales experience is also valuable.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving a broader clientele.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration processes is advantageous.
  • Proficient in customer service principles with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
