With a focus on respiratory and sleep health sectors, we offer a comprehensive range of products and services across acute care, non-acute care, and home medical equipment. By integrating manufacturing and distribution, React Health addresses the needs of both undiagnosed individuals and those requiring therapy after diagnosis, particularly within the sleep and respiratory care sectors.
GENERAL SUMMARY
React Health is seeking a talented and ambitious Sales Business Development Manager to further strengthen our team. We're a fully integrated supplier and distributor, offering a full line of respiratory products: ventilators, CPAPs, BiPaps, oxygen concentrators, and home sleep testing devices. The right candidate will have existing medical sales industry contacts and experience in building relationships with the medical industry's most visible accounts. This position is responsible for promoting sales growth and customer satisfaction: all while communicating and supporting the Company's mission, vision, and core values. You will serve as a leader in developing new business by identifying potential customers and strategic partnerships, while growing an existing book of business.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years of experience in a related area
- Credentialed Respiratory Therapist
- Must have Medical Sales industry experience
- Must have HME Sales industry experience
- Must have proficient Excel skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to utilize CRM
- Highly organized
- Good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization
- Self-motivated and able to set personal and professions goals, and able to achieve these goals with minimal supervision.
Preferred Education
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.

Physical Demands
- Requires normal visual acuity and hearing.
- Typically, employees sit comfortably to do their work, interspersed by brief periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying papers and books, and extensive periods requiring the use of computer terminals to accomplish work objectives.
- Required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard.

Working Conditions
- Predominantly operates in an office environment. Some work (less than 5%) requires moving and lifting of heavy networking equipment.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Each Employee consistently demonstrates the following essential functions:
- Serve as a primary sales contact in assigned territory responsible for overall development of the ventilation business and management of home medical equipment company and facility relationships.
- Expand ventilation sales by increasing business with existing accounts and developing new business, both by phone and inperson.
- Contact accounts in conjunction with company marketing and objectives.
- Responsible for understanding current terms and programs for specific customers and special promotions.
- Oversees customer service responsibilities for all ventilation accounts, working with support staff to ensure quality service for customer base.
- Maintain CRM database to include customer information, follow-up correspondence, copies of correspondence to account, and sales analyses.
- Plan and organize sales trips and travel arrangements to achieve maximum face-to-face contact with ventilation accounts, efficiently utilizing travel budget and time.
- Increase knowledge of our products, and industry as well as the activities and products of our competitors Assist VP of Sales, Ventilation with development of ventilation sales strategy, and assist with sales activities and management of ventilation business development.
- Responsible for the delivery of internal targets with focus on profitable growth
- Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and cost increases where relevant.
- Collaborate with internal teams with focus on account specific objectives.
- Provide clear internal and external analysis of reports with focus on performance measures.
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Support or facilitate resolution of client concerns.
- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated accounts
- Attends and participates in departmental meetings. Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence.
- Ensures all department compliance guidelines are met.
- Attends all meetings, in-services training, or continuing education as delegated by the supervisor.
- Provides customer focused interactions.
- Performs all duties necessary for the department as per department policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor within the scope of practice and the responsibilities in the department.
