Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for fostering collaboration within the sales team.
Duties
- Gain new clients and receive 2-10 job orders a month
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer relationship management strategies.
- Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze market trends.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients to secure new business.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead project management efforts for new initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Experience
- Staffing and recruiting experience is required
- Managing a book of business
- Proven experience in business development or sales management roles.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning and market analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth within the organization.
