Head office: Elk Grove Village, IL.

Position type: full-time, remote.

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and securing new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing and nurturing relationships, and working closely with our operations and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for sales and a proven track record in B2B telecommunications services.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the telecommunications or related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, cable installation, and construction services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market research. Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential partnerships in telecommunications and related sectors.
  • Lead generation. Identify and pursue leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and following up on potential client inquiries.
  • Client relationships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proposal development. Work with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts that align with client requirements and company capabilities.
  • Sales strategy. Develop, execute, and monitor sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue targets.
  • Collaboration. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
  • Reporting. Track and report on key metrics, including pipeline development, lead conversion, and customer feedback to optimize sales processes and strategies.
