Our Insiders program is the MVP validator, starting as a grassroots mailing list and evolving into a tiered community for solopreneurs. We're seeking passionate community builders to help validate demand, build traction, and secure $250K–$500K in funding.Role Overview:As our Community Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the Insiders community, fostering engagement, loyalty, and growth. This pre-seed role focuses on launching and managing the mailing list, creating compelling content, and driving user feedback to refine our MVP. Upon funding, you'll transition to a full-time paid position with equity, leading community expansion.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the Insiders mailing list at , including sign-ups, newsletters, and user onboarding.Create and distribute weekly blogs on business operations methodologies, polls, and surveys to gather feature feedback.Moderate private chats, webinars, and exclusive events to ensure positive interactions and adherence to community guidelines.Manage tiered perks: free access (newsletters, polls, early beta) and paid tiers (priority voting, private chats, webinars).Track engagement metrics (e.g., sign-ups, retention, survey responses) and report on traction for investor pitches.Collaborate with developers and marketers to integrate beta access and generate buzz via LinkedIn shares.Respond to user inquiries within 24 hours and coordinate content calendars for consistent value delivery.In pre-seed phase: Contribute to validation by hosting initial webinars and analyzing feedback for MVP refinement.Post-funding: Scale to full community management, including event hosting, retention campaigns, and user segmentation.Required Skills & Experience:2+ years in community management, social media, or customer engagement roles.Proficiency in tools like MailerLite (for mailing lists), Discord/Slack/Google Chat (for chats), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).Strong content creation skills: writing blogs, newsletters, and engaging copy.Experience with user feedback loops, surveys, and data analysis for engagement trends.Familiarity with startup environments, especially pre-seed validation and grassroots marketing.Excellent communication skills for moderating discussions and building relationships.Bonus: Experience with solopreneur or B2B communities.Equity & Compensation Details:Equity from the employee equity pool, divided among all team members upon funding confirmation, vesting over 2 years.Additional equity for key milestones like 500+ sign-ups.Pre-funding: Immediate perks like free insider access, co-authorship on blogs, and networking opportunities.Post-funding: Competitive salary based on experience, plus equity.KPIs for Success:Achieve 70%+ retention rate among insiders.Generate 200+ survey responses per month.Drive 50% increase in sign-ups through engagement efforts.Maintain positive feedback scores >4/5 in post-event surveys.Remote Work Options:Fully remote with flexible hours to accommodate global time zones.Requires availability for live webinars (e.g., evenings/weekends).Tools provided: Slack/Discord/Google Chat for coordination, Canva/Nano Banana for content creation, and access to community platforms.Why Join Us?This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to shape a groundbreaking platform from the ground up.
