Location: Remote (U.S.-Based)
Travel: ~10% (as needed for key events and leadership meetings)
Compensation: $110-$120k/ year

About the Role
The Senior Community Engagement Manager will own the strategy and execution that fuels engagement, fulfillment, and long-term growth across RRI's online communities — including both paid and free groups within the Tony Robbins ecosystem.
This person sits at the intersection of marketing and fulfillment, leading initiatives that create real connection, measurable impact, and ultimately, pathways to deeper client engagement and monetization.
You'll shape the vision, build the systems, and execute the strategy that brings our communities to life — fostering value, trust, and loyalty while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize each touchpoint of the member experience.
What You'll Do
Lead Engagement Strategy:
- Develop and execute data-informed community strategies that drive participation, trust, and satisfaction across free and paid communities.
- Identify what's working, what's not, and where to focus — setting a clear vision for engagement and fulfillment.
Drive Community Value & Monetization Pathways:
- Build programs that deepen value within our free communities while creating natural progression paths into paid experiences.
- Guide marketing and sales teams with insight on trends, member behavior, and engagement data to inform product and offer strategies.
Be Both Visionary and Cross-Functional Integrator:
- Alternate between high-level strategy and tactical execution. You'll engage directly with members when needed, using those insights to inform the larger roadmap.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Creative to plan and deliver coordinated community experiences, content calendars, and engagement campaigns, as well as run our strategic partnership with Mighty Networks.
Analyze and Optimize:
- Define and track key community health metrics (engagement, retention, conversion).
- Use data and qualitative insights to evolve strategy, optimize programming, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
Build & Lead Scalable Systems:
- Establish standard operating rhythms, workflows, and engagement playbooks for both paid and free communities — ensuring consistency and scalability as RRI grows.
- As the community matures, you'll play a key role in hiring and developing additional team members to support growth and execution.

- Experienced in working across teams (Sales & Marketing), advocating for resources, and guiding stakeholders toward a unified community vision.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in community engagement, lifecycle marketing, or digital program management roles.
- Experience managing both free and paid communities, ideally within a personal development, coaching, or digital education environment.
- Strong data literacy and experience with community analytics — able to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for storytelling that motivates and connects.
- Familiarity with community platforms (Mighty Networks, Circle, Slack, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute engagement strategies that result in measurable growth and retention.
- Bonus: Experience with community monetization models or transitioning audiences from free engagement to paid offerings.
