Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our services: overseas warehousing and fulfillment, drayage, FTL/LTL trucking, last-mile delivery, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new customers in e-commerce, B2B, and retail sectors
· Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to secure repeat business.
· Manage the full sales cycle and ensure not only sales success but also timely customer payment and healthy cash flow.
· Regularly review account performance and identify opportunities for upselling (e.g., new lanes, additional capacity)
· Collaborate with operations to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
· Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas
· Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date pipeline data
· Track key performance metrics including conversion rates and revenue per account
· Monitor payment status of assigned accounts and follow up to ensure timely collection. Maintain strong communication with customers regarding billing and payment terms
· Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field preferred)
· Two years of proven experience and achievement in sales, preferably in logistics and supply chain.
· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
· Familiarity with drayage, FTL/LTL trucking, warehousing, and last-mile delivery
· Fluent in English; bilingual in Mandarin and other languages are considered an asset
· Highly motivated, quota-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
Job Type: Full-time
