This role drives workflow improvements, partners with strategic and technical teams to advance automation and process optimization and ensures claims and related communications are positioned effectively to support underpayment review processes within Revenue Integrity. The Director also sets departmental goals, establishes metrics, measures outcomes, and fosters accountability to achieve continuous improvement and impactful results.The Role:Develop and mentor emerging leaders by providing coaching, guidance, and growth opportunities to build strong leadership capabilities within the team.Guide the Operations Support Coordinator team in applying Company best practices, technology-enabled resources, and internal tools to advance claims through the underpayment review process.Actively manage and support the Coordinator team, including goal setting, fostering engagement, coaching and development, and performance management to sustain a high-performing team culture.Build strong, collaborative relationships with Revenue Integrity, R&D leadership, and cross-functional partners to ensure administrative support aligns with business needs.Document and validate departmental processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and readiness for optimization or automation.Partner with cross-functional teams to capture automation needs and implement process updates, allowing Operations Support resources to focus on higher-value work.Participate in strategic discussions and meetings to recommend process improvements, articulating opportunities for efficiency and the associated business impact.Monitor and report on departmental metrics and progress toward goals; use data insights to drive accountability and results.Demonstrate compliance with ethical standards, regulations, and Company policies in all practices.Attend Company and departmental meetings; contribute as a visible and engaged leader.You'll be successful if you have:Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.Demonstrated, experienced people leader with a history of managing leaders, optimizing team performance, and guiding organizational success.Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including claims management, underpayment recovery, or related functions.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.Proven success working in a remote or distributed team environment.Experience managing offshore contractors or international operations is a plus.Work at Home Requirements:A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required.The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.Employment is contingent upon eligibility to work in the U.S., employment history verification, and a background check.Revecore is an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex or gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability status, veteran status, genetic information, or any other legally protected status.
