YOU WILL BE SELLING BLUEPRINT (ARCHITECTURAL) SERVICES AND THIS IS COMMISSION BASED ONLY

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Manage existing accounts through proactive communication, ensuring high customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and targeted marketing campaigns to expand the customer base.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze market trends for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while maintaining professionalism and integrity throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive B2B sales growth.
  • Conduct territory management by planning visits, prioritizing prospects, and optimizing routes for maximum outreach effectiveness.
  • Support inside sales efforts by assisting with customer inquiries, providing technical product information, and facilitating upselling opportunities.
  • Engage in ongoing training on product innovations and industry developments to stay ahead in technology sales and B2B markets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to generate leads through cold calling and networking.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust with clients at all levels.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines effectively.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to direct sales, retail sales, or technical product demos is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans based on insights gained from analysis skills.
  • Experience in technology or industrial product sales is a plus but not required; a passion for learning is essential
