Sales Associate
Automotive Video Innovations, Inc. (AVI), a leader in live and online training for the automotive industry seeks a result-driven sales associate to represent AVI's suite of training courses to new clients on a national level. This position will be responsible for all sales job tasks, from generating leads to closing sales.
Responsibilities
Researching, developing, and initiating contact with new customer leads and business sales opportunities, including:
- Independent automotive repair establishments
- Governmental municipalities (fleet sales)
- Automotive technical colleges
Preparing client training quotations on all facets of AVI's training catalog, such as:
- Live, instructor-led training classes at the client's location.
- Existing AVI recorded training content from our Learning Management System (LMS),
- Streaming live, instructor-led webinar presentations.
This position will be a salary + commission compensation structure after an initial 3-month employee training period.
Physical requirements-Ability to work at a computer work station, ability to lift 10-15 pounds, ability to stand for long periods when needed.
Sales Associate Skills
- Proven work experience as a sales associate, sales representative, or similar role
- Computer skills in (Microsoft Office, Google Workplace, Salesforce)
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English. Understanding of Spanish a plus
- Basic Math skills
- Reliable communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40, $100,000.00 per year
