Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales and a passion for building relationships with clients. This role involves engaging with businesses to identify their needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. You will be responsible for managing your territory, generating leads, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts while also pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business development goals.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate new leads.
  • Manage existing accounts through effective account management practices, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
  • Deliver product demos and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while upselling additional products or services as appropriate.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technology advancements relevant to our products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on outside sales or territory management preferred.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Experience in technical or technology sales is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategies accordingly for maximum impact.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to achieving targets.
