As we continue to grow, we're seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to help drive adoption of our services and expand our national footprint.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional ready to step into broader responsibility without taking on VP or department-head duties. The Sales Manager will manage the full sales cycle, build strong relationships, close deals, and help Realmo increase market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, present, and close new business with commercial brokers, landlords, investors, and CRE firms.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from generating leads to contract execution—while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain a strong, well-organized sales pipeline; provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Deliver compelling virtual product demos highlighting Realmo's analytics, valuation tools, and listing services.
- Attend major real estate trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to generate pipeline and build brand visibility.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure aligned messaging, onboarding, and client success.
- Cross-sell and upsell existing accounts (e.g., upgrading to Gold or Diamond tiers).
- Monitor competing platforms and provide actionable field insights into market trends and client needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, activity logs, and sales KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- 5+ years of professional sales experience in B2B, SaaS, proptech, or related service-based industries.
- Recommended: Prior experience in real estate sales, commercial real estate services, CRE tech, or selling to brokers/owners/investors.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with subscription models, analytics platforms, or digital marketplaces strongly preferred.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and effective working in a fully remote environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally throughout the U.S. for events and client engagements.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience selling to commercial brokers, owners, landlords, or real-estate investors.
- Familiarity with commercial real-estate market dynamics, data providers, valuation concepts, and listing platforms.
- Existing relationships within CRE brokerage networks or industry associations.
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior sales staff (optional).
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000
- Commission: Uncapped commissions tied to performance targets.
