Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team. This role is designed for a true hunter—someone who thrives on identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role ideal for someone who loves to build pipeline from scratch, drive strategic outreach, and grow executive-level relationships. You'll be introducing game-changing technology that enables marketers to stay ahead of the industry curve.

Key Responsibilities of Regional Sales Manager:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with marketers, brands, and partners in your region.
  • Drive a strategic outbound sales motion focused on delivering value through 's first-party data platform.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Educate prospects and partners on the value of cookieless, first-party data solutions, using 's platform as the foundation.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial outreach through negotiation and closing.
  • Continuously track, report, and optimize sales activities and performance metrics, including leads, pipeline, and bookings.
  • Represent at virtual and in-person industry events and conferences as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile of Regional Sales Manager:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in ad tech, Martech, SaaS, or digital media.
  • Proven track record of success in a hunter-style sales role, with consistent quota achievement.
  • Skilled in solution selling and consultative approaches to complex digital ecosystems.
  • Self-starter mentality with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or scale-up environment is a plus.
