About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of a fast-growing, mission-driven revenue team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving healthcare through technology and who thrives at the intersection of systems, data, and strategy.
You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive efficiency, improve forecasting accuracy, and ensure the go-to-market engine runs smoothly. You will own and optimize the CRM (HubSpot), maintain data integrity, and translate sales metrics into actionable insights for leadership.
This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you'll design scalable workflows, automate key revenue processes, and support new hire enablement during a period of rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize CRM tools and processes to drive sales productivity.
- Maintain data accuracy, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align forecasting and performance tracking.
- Create and document scalable sales workflows and automations.
- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Support onboarding and enablement for new sales team members.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Background in healthcare or healthtech is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
