Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management, lead generation, and account management. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales, with a focus on building relationships and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Executive will engage in both inside and outside sales activities, utilizing CRM software to track progress and manage customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and share best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales is essential.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and territory management strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
- Experience in lead generation techniques, including cold calling strategies.
- Demonstrated success in direct sales or retail sales environments is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
