Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. We are currently paying 80% commissions on anything you bring with you, 90% after 1 year We are a fast growing 3PL. And are looking some experienced pros to join our team. this role, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives, managing key client accounts, and fostering long-term relationships with B2B clients. The ideal candidate will possess a PRIOR book of Bussiness and strong background in technology sales and demonstrate exceptional negotiation and communication skills. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling and networking.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product offerings and effectively communicating their value to clients.
  • Lead presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through regular check-ins, addressing concerns, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on technology or technical sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent account management capabilities to nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective sales tracking and reporting.
