We’re seeking an experienced, organized and motivated National Sales Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting our sales efforts and ensuring seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
Position Overview:
The National Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing client communications, and helping to coordinate advertising campaigns across the country. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of relevant experience who is passionate about organization, sales, and media, and ready to grow with a fast-paced startup.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
•Assist with lead generation, client outreach, and maintaining client relationships.
•Coordinate and track advertising campaigns to ensure successful execution and delivery.
•Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign details.
•Maintain and organize sales records, reports, and databases.
•Monitor RFPs (Request for Proposals) and ensure timely responses.
•Stay informed on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
•Support the development of sales materials and marketing collateral.
Qualifications:
•1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or a similar role, preferably in advertising or media.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and project management platforms.
•Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a startup environment.
•Knowledge of OOH advertising is a valuable asset.
