Business Development Manager Sales

· Development of new relationships & businesses within services including FSP solutions, staffing workforce solutions, digital transformation services and RWE Services.

· Responsible for brand building, brand development and being the face of the organization to build excellent rapport & credibility with the clients.

· Acquiring new clients & potential business for Maxis in the arenas of functional Services (Staffing, Projects, Outsourcing, FSP etc.)

· Continually redefine appropriate and profitable market niches for business opportunities, based on evidence.

· Perform in-depth research & analysis to identify potential target markets nationwide in sync with Maxis Clinical Sciences line of business.

· Engaging with clients to support business development activities in US Market

· Commitment to company ethos, principles and mission based on open engagement, transparency, integrity, collaboration and dedication to excellence

· Developing and Maintaining Client relations and proactively getting new requirements from the client in various technology and skills areas

· Active involvement in client meetings, business luncheons, trade fairs and symposiums related to Functional needs for the sole purpose of business and client development and expansion

· Travel as required for business development, client meetings, conferences and follow-up.

· Must have a strong sales presence and ability to market candidates to the client as a best match for their needs.

· Identify the Client needs and prioritize the requirements accordingly to delegate it to specific Maxis teams.

· Will be the primary point of contact between the client and Maxis teams in terms of coordinating and making sure the needs of the client are fulfilled and the closure is complete.

· Complete the necessary documentation to ensure compliance with internal process

· Complete and Maintain reports on a regular basis and as requested.

· Ensure compliance and completeness of the Maxis Sales process

· Lead the proposal generation process.

· Ensure client expectations are met throughout the sales and execution process

· Provide weekly opportunity summaries and updates for new business activity.

· Provide updated pipeline details for opportunities in the sales cycle.

· Work closely with organization on estimate approvals, technology risks and recommendations through the sales process.

· Other ad-hoc responsibilities as requested

Experience required:

· Strong Business Development experience offering solutions to clients

· Excellent communication skills with strong track record in client relationship management

· Experience in managing and growing client account base.

· Experience in pharma/biotech LifeSciences industry is a plus.

· Proven track record of growing company’s client base, sales revenue and brand recognition.
