ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll move quickly with the changing environment and use your judgement and skills to strategically support your teams' projects. You’ll also collaborate with a top-notch and cohesive Operations team to support the day-to-day needs of the firm and the Colorado office. Redstone is fast-paced, and we are looking for a tenacious, adaptable, and resilient person to add to our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively manage calendars, scheduling, event planning, and other administrative needs for assigned Senior Leaders and project teams
- Manage domestic and international travel by directly booking flights, hotels, and transportation while tracking, making necessary changes, and anticipating travelers’ needs
- Act as a Boulder office administrator, including supporting daily operations and planning office culture-building activities
- Work together with other Operations team members to continually optimize processes and results
- Contribute as a citizen of the firm by engaging positively in culture and firm development activities
- Work with a Manager to lead and carry out discrete operational projects or workstreams, and participate in various projects as assigned
- Occasionally stay connected while away from your desk in case of emergencies e.g. when teams are traveling (infrequently)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years of experience providing administrative support for several senior executives in a professional service setting (e.g., consulting, legal, finance/accounting, medical office)
- At least 3 years of experience with direct booking of domestic and international travel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with complex and dynamic scheduling for several senior executives at the senior level (e.g., medical office, law firm, or supporting project teams)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take initiative and build professional and productive relationships across all levels
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently
- Experience supporting office operations (purchasing, coordinating maintenance, greeting visitors, coordinating catering, general office support)
- A positive, proactive approach, strong initiative, and the capacity to adapt under pressing deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Experience leading/managing small projects
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position works during normal business hours, typically Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm MT with some flexibility for work with other time zones. Redstone’s hybrid model involves working in-office 2 days per week, and you are welcome (but not required) to work in the office more.
You will be provided with a laptop and need to establish a safe, professional, and reliable workspace with stable internet connectivity from which to work during business hours if you choose to work remotely; for days you are not in the office.
While performing regular duties, you will be required to sit, stand, reach, walk, or kneel, and to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be made as needed.
COMPENSATION
A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this position starts around $85,000 (commensurate with experience) plus a discretionary year-end bonus. This is a full-time exempt salaried position with a competitive benefits package including a retirement program, significant portion of premiums for employee and dependent coverage in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short/long-term disability, paid parental leave and other paid time off (vacation, holiday, volunteer, personal, bereavement, jury duty, and voting), reimbursement for professional learning, and partial reimbursement for personal cell phone, internet and fitness expenses.
