Responsibilities:
• Accurately process payroll data in a timely manner
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll records
• Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any issues promptly
• Utilize data entry skills to input payroll information into the computer system
• Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure all payroll activities are completed accurately and on schedule
• Monitor payroll transactions and report any discrepancies
• Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management
• Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and company policies
• Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.• Applicant must possess strong skills in Computer Data Entry and Data Entry
• Demonstrated proficiency in using payroll software
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to process large volumes of data accurately
• Strong mathematical and numerical skills for calculating pay, deductions, and benefits
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks within deadlines
• Strong knowledge of all relevant payroll regulations and requirements
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with employees and handling any payroll queries
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
