Accounting Clerk

Camping World is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review deal paperwork for thoroughness and accuracy prior to sending to the Accounting hub for processing

• Verify key data between deal paperwork and the system

• Communicate with dealership personnel to resolve discrepancies

• Sort daily mail and obtain General Manager approval on invoices prior to sending to the Accounting hub for processing

• Act as a liaison between the dealership and the Accounting hub to ensure that payroll and timekeeping information is accurate and up to date prior to payroll processing

• Scan daily check deposits and make occasional trips to the bank with cash deposits

• Ensure that all payment information has been accurately recorded by department personnel

Requirements:

• The applicant must be diligent, organized, and extremely detail-oriented

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

• Intermediate computer knowledge with MS Office, including Excel, accuracy with the 10-key pad, and typing skills

• Self-motivated and able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize the schedule

• Knowledge of auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds) would be helpful but not necessary

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands

• May be required to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
