Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Manager in Shoreline, Washington. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing a team of office assistants, interacting with various teams, and handling office administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office
• Handle data entry tasks and maintain Excel worksheets
• Process contracts and other related documents
• Manage a team of three office assistants
• Communicate and assist the grounds crew as needed
• Perform tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions
• Maintain an open environment that can handle a significant amount of noise
• Use specific software such as Navision/Nexus for various tasks.• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Office Manager role or similar administrative position
• Demonstrated proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in answering inbound calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner
• Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Experience in document scanning and maintaining digital and physical filing systems
• Familiarity with drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
