Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and professional part-time Executive Assistant to provide excellent support in various administrative tasks within a local church community. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain church calendar including scheduling appointments, meetings, community events, and organizing church activities.
- Handle all church correspondence, including answering emails and distributing mail, in a prompt and professional manner.
- Manage expense reports, maintaining accurate records of church financial transactions and assisting with budgeting processes.
- Utilize Office 365 proficiently to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Perform any other administrative duties as required, such as file management, office supply inventory, and database management.
- Collaborate effectively with church leadership and staff members, understanding the importance of discretion and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Carry out data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Discretion with sensitive information and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
