Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this multifaceted role, you will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations, while also managing our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
· Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
· Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
· Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Administrative Support:
· Perform general office tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
· Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
· Prepare and maintain documents and reports.
· Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
· Managing social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
· Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools.
