We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Catering Director to lead and grow our private dining and catering operations. This key role will develop and implement local sales strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful execution of corporate marketing initiatives. As a brand ambassador, the Sales & Catering Director represents our brand in the community, driving engagement and sales through impeccable service and business development.


Sales & Catering Director Responsibilities:
  • Lead private dining and catering sales efforts, from solicitation to execution.
  • Meet or exceed sales and marketing quotas through strategic planning and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with the corporate team to communicate and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Support operations as needed to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain professional client relationships, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction.
  • Be the face of Roanoke Hospitality, representing the brand in the local community.

Sales & Catering Director Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and catering, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in client management and event execution.
  • Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 lbs. and work in various environments
  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours daily and work in dynamic, fast-paced settings with variable noise levels.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for providing top-tier service are required.
