Job Description

Blue Plate Catering is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Corporate Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
