Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in New York, New York. This role focuses on providing technical support, managing IT-related projects and vendors, and ensuring smooth operation of office systems within the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Offer technical support to the team members • Participate in and manage IT projects impacting both local and global teams • Oversee local IT vendors to ensure effective support for the office • Maintain smooth operation of AV conferencing and sound systems in the office • Manage the physical security access systems to the office • Handle the local Network, Wireless Access Points, and Firewalls • Provide necessary hardware and software support • Onboard and offboard team members as required • Handle technical lead responsibilities, capable of working independently • Prioritize multiple tasks on a daily/weekly basis for efficient workflow.• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Help Desk Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficient in using Okta for identity and access management.
• Skilled in utilizing Zoom for video conferencing and virtual meetings.
• Ability to use Slack for team communication and collaboration.
• Experience with MDM Technologies for mobile device management.
• Familiarity with Jamf Pro for Apple device management.
• Knowledge of Networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with GitHub for version control and code management.
• Capable of handling Audio Visual equipment and software.
• Proficient in using Asana for project management.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows operating system and its troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
