Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and assistance to employees and users via phone, email, and in-person

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software

Set up and configure new computer systems and software applications

Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues

Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to support technical support efforts

Requirements

Associate's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field

At least 3 years of experience providing technical support for computers, mobile devices, and network devices

Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
